    I don’t get how 40k per year can come out of this deal either. Ok they say 11% return on investment and we are gonna pay 6% to who ever we borrowed money from, then 5% is left so 825000 times 0.05 is indeed 41250 dollars return. However where did this 11% ROI come about? They said cashflow per month is $1840 per month, so 1840 times 12 is $22080 per year, but the promised return per year is 41250. So where did the other $19170 go?
